Silk glides. Cotton grips.
New — silk pillowcase
Take a look
What does silk do at night?
Seven to eight hours a night, the same material against your face and hair. Here is what 22 momme mulberry silk does — and what it does not.
A SURFACE THAT GLIDES
Silk fibre is long and smooth; a cotton weave is far less so. Hair glides instead of catching, and the pillowcase leaves fewer marks on your face than a cotton crease does at waking.
A FABRIC THAT ABSORBS LITTLE
Cotton drinks up moisture; silk far less. What you apply in the evening stays where you put it, instead of disappearing into the fabric overnight.
A SURFACE THAT STAYS COOL
Silk releases heat instead of holding on to it. The pillowcase stays cool to the touch when the room is warm, without feeling cold in winter.
22 MOMME, WHAT IT MEANS
Momme measures the density of a silk fabric: the higher the number, the denser the fabric and the better it withstands washing. This pillowcase is woven at 22 momme.
What we commit to

Mulberry silk, and nothing else. One single fibre, from the first thread to the last.
-
A discreet closure, sewn into the hem. Nothing to catch on during the night.

-
Delivered in a paper sleeve. Nothing to unwrap that ends up in the bin.
What our customers say
Rated 5 out of 5
You feel the 22 momme straight away: thick and supple, nothing like satin. My hair is far less tangled in the morning.

No more pillow marks, and my night cream stays on my skin. Lovely in summer, and still perfect after the first wash.

I gave one to my partner, then bought another for myself. Lovely quality, fast delivery. A shame there are so few colours.

Frequently asked questions
Why 22 momme and not less?
Momme measures the density of the weave. At 22, the silk is dense enough to withstand repeated washing without becoming stiff. Below 19, it wears out noticeably faster.
How can I tell real silk from polyester satin?
Satin is a weave, not a material: polyester satin borrows the sheen without the properties. Mulberry silk is a natural fibre; it breathes and does not hold heat. The label should state 100% mulberry silk and a momme count.
Will this pillowcase fit my pillow?
Two sizes: 48 × 74 cm, the common rectangular format, and 60 × 60 cm, the square format. Measure your pillow before ordering: a pillowcase larger than the pillow bunches up and loses the smooth effect you are after.
How do I care for it?
Cold wash, delicate cycle, ideally in a laundry bag. No tumble dryer, no fabric softener. Dry flat, away from direct sunlight.
How long does delivery take?
Shipped from China. Allow 6 to 12 days to mainland France between order confirmation and delivery, preparation and transit included. A tracking e-mail is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
